Martina and I had the pleasure of working with Jana Webb in late May.  Jana is a specialized Yoga Practitioner who works with high performance and elite athletes, and is the founder and creator of Joga. She is also an ambassator for LuLu Lemon Canada and a representative of the Power of Movement, an organization that raises funds for Arthritis.
